CardMintra.com (“Site”) is operated by CardMintra Fintech Services Pvt. Ltd. (“CardMintra”, “we”, “us”, “our”). CardMintra provides its services to you subject to the following Terms & Conditions (“Terms”, “ToU”). Before using the Site, you must read and accept this ToU and our linked Privacy Policy.
Your use of any part of the Site constitutes acceptance of these Terms.

If there is any conflict between these Terms and any other document, these Terms will prevail.
If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Site.

We may modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the Site means you accept such changes.

CardMintra provides users access to information related to financial products, including but not limited to:

  • Home Loans

  • Car Loans

  • Insurance

  • Banking & Utility Services

By submitting your personal/contact details on the Site, you consent that:

  • You are interested in availing the selected service

  • CardMintra may contact you via phone, email, SMS, WhatsApp

  • CardMintra may share your details with partner Banks/NBFCs/service providers

  • These partners may contact you for verification, offers, or sales

  • You agree to receive promotional or transactional messages from CardMintra

2. License & Site Access

CardMintra grants you a limited, non-transferable license to access and use the Site for personal use only.

You agree not to:

  • Copy, download, or reproduce any content for commercial use

  • Use robots, spiders, scrapers, or automated tools

  • Upload viruses, harmful code, or attempt to hack the Site

  • Deep-link, mirror, or frame the Site without permission

  • Perform actions that overload CardMintra’s servers

  • Use the Site for fraudulent or illegal transactions

Unauthorized use terminates your access immediately.

3. Eligibility

The Services are not available to minors under 18 or anyone suspended/removed by CardMintra.

4. Your Account

You confirm that:

  • You are of legal age

  • You will use the Site only for valid purposes

  • You will provide accurate and complete information

If CardMintra suspects inaccurate or fraudulent information, access may be denied.

CardMintra may, at its sole discretion, deny service to anyone at any time.

CardMintra does not claim ownership of materials you submit, but you grant us a:

  • royalty-free

  • worldwide

  • irrevocable

license to use, display, modify, distribute, and create derivative works from your submitted content.

You agree not to upload:

  • unlawful, defamatory, abusive, obscene, or harmful content

  • spam, advertisements, or solicitation

  • misleading or false information

You are fully responsible for the content you provide.

6. Online Availability & Advertising Disclaimer

CardMintra does not guarantee website uptime, uninterrupted access, or continuous availability.
All advertisements shown on CardMintra must be approved by us. We reserve the right to accept or reject advertisers.

7. License Disclaimer

Nothing on the Site grants any license to CardMintra’s or any third party’s intellectual property rights.

8. Local Laws

CardMintra operates from New Delhi, India.
If you use the Site from other locations, you are responsible for compliance with local laws.
All disputes shall fall under the jurisdiction of Courts in New Delhi, India.

9. Limitation of Liability

CardMintra is not liable for:

Maximum liability is limited to the service fee paid to CardMintra or INR 100, whichever is higher.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless CardMintra, its directors, officers, employees, partners, and agents from any claims arising out of:

  • Your violation of these Terms

  • Your misuse of the Site

  • Your violation of laws or third-party rights

11. Electronic Communication

By using the Site, you agree to receive communications electronically via:

  • Email

  • SMS

  • WhatsApp

  • Phone

  • Website notifications

These electronic communications satisfy legal requirements for written communication.

12. Message Posting & User Conduct

You must not post:

  • harmful, unlawful, or abusive content

  • commercial ads

CardMintra may remove any content at its discretion.
